和普华永道一样，普华永道也起源于19世纪。1854年，威廉库珀在伦敦成立了自己的会计事务所，取名为库珀兄弟因为他三个兄弟的参与。1898年，罗伯特h蒙哥马利(RoberH.Montgomery)、威廉m莱布兰德(WilliamM.Lybrand)、亚当a罗斯(AdamA.Ross)和他的兄弟t爱德华罗斯(T.EdwardRoss)在美国成立了一家名为莱布兰德罗斯蒙哥马利兄弟(Lybrand，RossBrothersMontgomery)的会计师事务所。1957年，两家公司合并为库珀莱布蓝德，后来永道。
1998年，PriceWaterhouse和CoopersLybrand合并为普华永道(PwC)，即普华永道。
普华永道在香港被称为普华永道。香港最早的会计师事务所是罗炳贤会计师事务所，即1903年成立的罗炳贤会计师事务所。1909年，来自上海的马修斯加入罗炳贤的事务所的英文名改为Lowe，BinghamMatthews(LBM)，随后开始与普华永道紧密合作，成为其在香港的联络处。1974年，LBM发展成为普华国际的一员。
容永道于1962年在香港创立了容永道会计师事务所。事务所开业两年后，全球八大会计师事务所之一的库珀莱布蓝德(CoopersLybrand)在香港寻找合作伙伴，最终向容永道伸出了橄榄枝。成为八大会计师事务所之一后，容永道会计师事务所迅速扩张，并于1981年在上海开设了办事处。是全球八大会计师事务所中首家在内地设立分所的事务所，开创了香港会计师事务所及合伙人代表中国八大会计师事务所培养人才、发展业务、专业服务国家的历史。
改革开放后，普莱斯沃特豪斯进入中国。为了避免经常被翻译成昂贵的水屋，PriceWaterhouse在中国采用中文音译，就是普华国际会计公司。1992年，财政部会计司领导在审批普华永道提出的审计许可申请时，圈出了普和华，一个众所周知的会计职业的名字就这样诞生了。
库珀莱布蓝德在中国的中文译名以库珀斯拉布兰德。香港会计师容永道可以Idon’我不接受库珀莱布蓝德国际会计公司的中文音译名称，因为莱品牌意味着没有收获或者没有收获在粤语里，这是不吉利的。后来，他提议将公司命名为永道，也就是永远是道德的，合理的，公平的。事实上，会计师事务所永道的命名代表了国际会计师事务所在中国本土化发展的第一步。
普华永道被称为子承在台湾地区。
1970年，朱和两位在台湾会计界颇有影响的人士共同创办了朱晨会计师事务所。
1973年，祝辰会计师事务所加入普华国际。在1975年3月，祝辰会计师事务所被正式更名为紫城会计师事务所，和单词朱晨意味着子承用上海话。

上海有很多红色文化景点，如毛泽东故居、宋庆龄故居、刘长生故居、中共一大纪念馆、中共二大纪念馆、中国工会书记处旧址等。
1.其实中共一大纪念馆里有很多历史的东西，包括《治国新篇——太平天国文物》。这个是免费的，可以用
带孩子去看一看，增长历史知识。位置：靠近新天地。当时我们坐地铁到了黄陂南路，就到了。印象最深的是一次大会议现场的蜡像，非常逼真。
2.中国共产党第二次全国代表大会纪念馆
这是一个著名的旅游胜地。一般是旅游团队过去参观学习。很多学生是学校组织的，好像离新天地很近。所以参观完之后，你可以在新世界里感受一下。
第一次是在新天地。第二次是绿地边上的小楼，多伦路文化四路。这里有丰富的历史照片、史料和大量实物。
4.中共代表团上海办事处纪念馆（周公馆)
当你去售票处的时候，你可以免费得到票。因为你是一个人去的，所以还是可以请售票处的师傅帮你拍一张。感觉整个建筑很和谐。可惜院子里的大厅不算太大。没有地方可以和周总理的雕像合影
墓地无非就是看看一些烈士的墓碑和墓志铭。虽然它不像其他地方那样有趣，但它充满了庄严，悲伤和不同寻常的寂静。
离陕西南路比较近。很容易找到。房子很小。在里面，你还可以遇到很多对革命事业有很多研究的游客。环境不错，书香气息十足。
去了就免费了。不知道现在怎么样了。其实来到这样的地方，有点压抑。毕竟你是带着一颗缅怀的心去参观孙中山故居纪念馆的，但它还是一个很有教育意义的地方。
房间很简单朴素，环境很安静。看不出这里曾经是宋庆龄住过的地方。参观后才知道，有些事不是别人说的。我才知道，伟人的人格魅力真的是无穷的。
展出了许多鲁迅生平的东西。如果你喜欢刺激，你可以不进来。看到老人的一些手稿，衣服，还有一些很旧的照片，他的心自然平静下来。
花了很大力气才找到。在家属区，除了纪念馆，还保留了当时的家具和工作环境。其实上海有很多这样的纪念馆，很有参观和借鉴历史的价值。
